We started using low-modulus carbon to construct the HMR, which came out very heavy and robust.
For the ZMR we tweaked the carbon recipe a bit to be more of a mid-modulus blend. This makes the ZMR 20-40 grains lighter than the HMR when built up.
You still get a very robust thick wall, high GPI, and forgiving window of tune.
Trust the ZMR to hold up on your most demanding big game hunts.
It has always been tough to get a standard 8/32 broadhead to fit on a micro shaft while maintaining strength and super straight tolerances. The 'one piece component' changes that.
Threads from your point pass through the OPC and sit flush inside the shaft, dramatically reducing leverage on the component, resulting in a system that spins straighter longer.
